RETURN WINDOW:
We provide a 100-day return policy, allowing you to send your watch back without giving any reason. The 100-day period begins on the day your package is delivered. Please make sure your return shipment is sent within this timeframe.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
All returned products must be in resellable condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
For “Buy 1 Get 1” offers, both items must be returned together. Refunds or store credit cannot be issued if only one item is sent back. However, you may exchange items from this promotion for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one item, return the item you wish to exchange and keep the other.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The price will depend on the courier service and the country from which the return is sent.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS:
If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing it right away to ensure it is completed within a few days.
We aim to handle all returns as efficiently as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can track your return shipment to see when it reaches our warehouse — the 10-business-day period begins from that date. After your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation notification. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Where can I find my order number to register a return?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email sent after your purchase. It is a five-digit code. If you cannot locate this email, our customer support team will gladly assist you.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Occasionally, items may be damaged during shipping or manufacturing. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email support@lordpoedagar.com with a photo of the issue, and our customer service team will work quickly to resolve it.
Can I return my order after the 100-day return period?
We kindly ask that you return your order within the 100-day timeframe. If this is not possible, we may offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement item or a voucher. Please contact our customer support team to learn more about the available options.
